Es hecho para la gente de mi pais que lamentablemente no tiene dinero como otros paises con mas recursos (o educacion). Entonces, the people who did this, I guess they are Venezuelans, and they are planning to do some more with other cars such as the ones described in the Video. Those cars are not ussually seen back home, however, sometimes you would be surprised
