I don't think having the REST coming on automatically would be a good idea, if you do many short trips it could potentially kill your battery?
For the REST_TASTE_VERBAUT location, I can't help very much, how many lines (settings) are in your IHK module ? Maybe there is another related to climate control. Mine is 168 lines:
