the pan is the filter. You cannot replace the filter without replacing the pan as they are built as a single piece.

I would not replace the sleeve unless it was leaking. There is definite risk to screwing it up and its not a wear part so theres no reason to replace unless its bad. Typically people are replacing the earlier sleeves because they are known to leak, but as far as I know ours is the updated one and is not prone to leaking
