I wanted to apologize but any inconvenience. I have been at the hospital for a severe flu the last 4 days. I plan to return to work tomorrow and will be able to resume CarFax reports. Please let me know if you you would like a refund or the report/reports you paid for. Additionally I am giving everyone who has purchased reports up to this point an equal amount of free reports due to me being absent.
