My first CPO didn't come with a Y-cable, but I didn't realize I needed it until about two weeks later and the manager got me one gratis; however I was under the 50k new warranty at that time so it may have helped.
My thinking is that if it comes with the new car, it should come with the CPO car. If they don't have it, make them give you one.
