I was so pissed at the people I pay $280 to clean my driveway. They showed up at 5pm, and I couldn't even go anywhere (there was too much snow to shovel, and I didn't feel like it anyway). Didn't help... he had to bring out his GL to tow his Mazda out. Then someone else got stuck and they brought their Escalade to help. Kind of funny how we here use premium SUVs as towtrucks.

As soon as the snow is higher than your car's underbody you are screwed, 2WD, 4WD whatever. You may have a fighting chance if snow is lower than the underbody. As soon as the car floats on snow, you're toast.
I got stuck too, don't worry! Back in your mind you know you will get stuck, but it's so tempting to try, in case it works, ha ha
