Are business like this trying to go out of their way to dissatisfy customers and lose potential ones? maybe not but thats what it seems like. I HATE it when business's take forever to respond and just try to blow you off after getting the money. If you have too many emails to respond to then F*ckin hire one more person to do the job, it can only make the business grow and you wont lost customers. Sometimes i wonder how people even get their business so far acting like this, maybe they did it proper in the beginning but later just stopped caring after they realized they have no other competition?
