Here are the ones I could find. Does not look like it will test each plug, but based on some of the status parameters, you may be able to draw some conclusions. I will not have the time til the weekend to try though, and I'm sure some of these are dead parameters, but most should work.
Please also remember that you can check the resistance of each glow plug and eliminate some fault possibilities this way. 4A2E is a Cyl.5 Glow Plug fault, but certainly may mean the control unit.
