Pins & sockets corrode, get pushed out of place, etc., and before assuming K6300 is faulty, try applying 12V+ and Ground respectively to the two relay coil pins. The ground pin is the prime suspect, and if you already have the E-box open, probably easiest to backprobe Connector X60551, Pin#5, Red/Gray wire with a ground jumper, and see if that activates/clicks the relay.
