IIRC the main difference is the MAF and maybe the throttle. The PCV system is definitely different.
But if you just swap over everything (harness, sensors) from your original engine, you should be fine. You don't need to and cannot swap DMEs.
Most sensors are the same, get familiar with looking up parts in the ETK (aka realoem.com etc).
