My 318i 2007 M-Sport was exactly the same when I got it. Had the alignment checked and all was fine. It was my first BMW so didn't have anything to compare it to but just knew this isn't meant to be how they handle.
Took off the run flats and it was instantly better and I never looked back. Hopefully picking up my new E92 this weekend and taking off the run flats will be the first thing I do.
