There's an error stored in the car, use the scroll wheel to find check control then press the BC button on the end of the turn signal stalk to select and it will show you the symbol of what's wrong you can press and hold the BC button to get a ccid code and look that up to get a more accurate definition. There may be multiple errors in the check control as well so try and scroll though that list as well.
