Search the map threads I did there's links to everything within there if you join the dots together, I just did the work for this car so one small line of typing for each new map will give the right map code (and an ultra simple how to doc included as well of course for reference). If you need to know more just ask in a map thread and people will point you in the right direction.
Even though I'm not using the 313M wheels I plan to keep them until car is sold since the car left the factory with them fitted and whoever buys may want all original kit, if car sells with MV3's instead though I'll list them afterwards
