They are reps Achu, Chris has them for sale in several different finishes.

He seemed really good, I was worried about not being able to reach him as I wasn't able to call him until the evening when I was back from work. He picked up straight away and was happy to help. He also dispatched the wheels less than 24 hours after I called him!

Love the TE37s, but sadly forged wheels are way out of my budget
I do not think the ones I went for are a replica brand (could be wrong!), but they are cast wheels. I couldn't find much information about the brand at all to be honest.
