No issues so far. Everything has held up well. I love it because not only does it look much better than my worn out wheel, it gives it a little bit of thickness as well.

It's not that thick so I would think it wouldn't have much of an effect on a heated steering wheel. I don't have a heated wheel so I can't be sure.
