Went last year to dealer to complain about noise. It turns out it's waste gate/turbos, but they were not covered under the CPO. I said ok, can't afford to change it just yet. Last year i had 73K-74K miles on the car. Now i have 88K and still the noise. Do you guys think they will honor it?

Turbos and wastegates should be covered by the BMW CPO. $50 copay and you'll get new turbos. I had three dealership service departments confirm that. I'm living with the rattle for now.
unless you have a tune piggy pack flopping around the engine when you brought it in.
