you'll lose ring-seal on the pistons without pulling a vacuum on the crankcase / manifold... the ticket would be to install a mechanical vacuum pump and dump it into the exhaust pipe with welded in bung.

Still want a catch can, and not blow oil mist all over cars behind you or cause a possible small exhaust fire ... more vacuum = better ring seal = more horsepower...
