Thanks to @Jose_JN for the info (and his thread) and to @tainanl for compiling the key parts in this thread. After adding the $6NN and $6FL to my VO (already had $663 professional radio from factory and build date already > 03/11) my eBay bought radio now has Bluetooth and USB activated. It also switched from “Hifi” to “Stereo” which I’m ok with as my car has the base system and I can’t be bothered to upgrade it. I used NCS expert (didn’t really know what I was doing, and got errors when trying to code the 2RAD) and a cheap cable. But after leaving the car overnight, the options appeared.
