I agree! The MSport wheels on the 335i are particularly attractive.
I wouldn't call them brittle, but I have bent 3 of them over the years. The combination of the stiff suspension, low profile tires, and stiff (runflat) sidewalls makes them particularly prone to damage. Fortunately, I live near an excellent wheel repair shop.
