True, if there is a markup, the black series will be insanely expensive. I've found generally, that not all dealers play those games with limited editions and you can usually find one who's willing to do the right thing (sell for MSRP).
I decided to go M3 over C63, but I made that decision assuming they were the same price or, at the least, that I'm buying under MSRP. If I have to choose against a C63 at MSRP (or over), choosing the M3 becomes a much easier decision as those can be had for "invoice + $X" pricing.
