You will need to make some aluminum L-brackets and weld them onto the intercooler. I had some scrap aluminum laying around. You can buy aluminum at your local weld shop probably and ask them to weld it on for you too. Some people have drilled the bumper and bolted the L-brackets to it. I had a hard time drilling thru the bumper, so I welded studs on instead. If you don't have a welder, you'll need hardware to bolt the intercooler to the bumper. 8mm hardware should probably be fine.
