The M3 arms won't cause that. You WILL identify any other flaws, and have more road feel for sure. Others including me noticed that.

I would go and get the wheels balanced again, and ask to watch the guy when he does it and look at the tire spin... make sure it is perfectly balanced.

Get a 4 wheel alignment, get printouts before and after (you probably did this) - and get them to check all the arms. I had to replace my front toe arms because they seized and couldn't do the alignment.
