While we feel sorry for the OP....

...this damage was caused by hitting an off road obstacle. The authorities have an obligation to keep the areas between the white lines in operational condition, while drivers have the obligation to keep their car between the white lines.

If the pickup truck was on your side of the road, then he (in theory) is responsible for the damage as he ran the OP off the road. In reality, the OP has to pony up to get new wheels and tires.

While road obstacles would usually fall under the comprehensive portion of an insurance claim (and wouldn't increase future premiums,) an "off road" excursion such as this would fall under the collision portion and might increase premiums.

My suggestions would be to buy a new set of wheels (you can probably reuse the TPMS sensors from the two damaged wheels) and sell the two remaining wheels separately...
