Hello, I recently purchased a 2010 335D that has non sport seats with power but not heated (I don’t know if it has memory, if it does I don’t know how to use it).
I’ve read most of this thread and I just want to verify my findings.
I purchased an OEM divers seat base and it has the heater element built in with the plug. Am I correct in that all I need to is plug it into the seat module and install the heated seats switch?
If I wanted the passenger seat to have heat as well am I correct in saying that I would need:
Seat base with heater element
Heated seat module
And a reprogramming of the vehicles features
Some sort of wiring harness
Is there an OEM part number for this harness?
How/where is the harness routed?
What’s required for the reprogramming? Is it DIY?
And lastly, where are these modules located?
