I was in for blood work and the doc asked if I wanted it. I said yes. The nurse came in later to administer it; I asked her if it would give me Autism and we had a good laugh (I’m almost too old to get the flu shot). The doc returned and told me they just had a flu case come in while I was being seen, so it is in the area and I’m glad I got the vaccine (even though it was too soon to have prevented infection from the new patient).
I get it sometimes and not other times. This year I’m traveling a lot more than usual so it seems prudent.
