As for the sunroof - try the Sunroof Initialization Procedure:

Insert key fob and turn the car ON - don't start it - push the start button with your foot OFF the brake/clutch
Next, push and HOLD the sunroof button up (vent position). After about 15-20 seconds, the sunroof will vent. CONTINUE HOLDING THE BUTTON UP. After another couple of seconds, 15 or so (might feel long, but keep holding), the sunroof will close, the open completely, then close completely.
Once the sunroof has closed completely, the process is over. It's important that you DO NOT let go of the button while the sunroof is going thru the initialization procedure.
You might get warnings on I-Drive or the on-board-computer, but that is normal during this initialization...
