just recently turned 120,000 miles on mine ('06 325 with 3-stage IM and AA tune).
summary of repairs and major maintenance items:
replaced cracking upper windshield trim
replaced left rear window regulator (bought part of ebay)
full set of brakes at around 75k
automatic trans service (pan and fluid) 100k
spark plugs
repaired steptronic shifter wires (DS mode stopped working)
water pump and thermostat - 119k
still running great!
