Hi

I heard back from the Stealer and they agree that trim is covered under warranty and in the process of getting the part in - "start/stop button" to be replaced.

I have attached a copy of the button showing the coating starting to peel away (to the right of the "T" in the word START and the "P" in the word STOP). Given the car is two years old though best to report it now and get fixed in case it happens again.
