I spoke to Fred from ER about this when I bought the kit and from what he told me it will work with any M-Tech / M-Sport / M Performance / M3 style bumper for e90 or e92/3. The shrouds are directed in front of the larger openings on those types of bumpers. Also remember the shrouds can be custom fit to any bumpers by minor trimming. Or you can ditch the shroud completely as I was going to on the drivers side but not passenger side since I had a 335is.
