When I got my valve cover gasket replaced under SULEV warranty, the SA notified me that they suspected an oil pan gasket leak as well. He didn't volunteer whether or not that was covered under SULEV warranty, and I have not seen it in any of the SULEV warranty docs I've come across.
I'd be curious to know if anyone did manage to get it covered though.
