I didn't even have to do any programming as my S640A Telephone pre-prepped car automatically sensed the new components and the activated Bluetooth module from the donor car, enabling pairing with my iPhone 5 and activation of voice recognition. But the system can't "hear" me so I'm thinking either the mic is bad, or the connections are not seated properly (or maybe I really have to do "some" programming or reset). Will have to check it tomorrow.
FYI, the S640A package already includes the backup Bluetooth antenna. I discovered that after pulling the rear package shelf to install the new one I had purchased.

If I remember my retrofit correctly, you still need to do some coding. $640 is the telephone prep, but when you officially retrofit $640 is removed and it's replaced by $639. Then everything should work 100%.
I'll have to check my ISTA/P reports when I get home on Friday night.
