I would register the car in NJ. Then find a guy that will give you a good inspection sticker. Or figure out how to use the down pipe fix. YOu need to be able to pass OBD2 scan. Go in the Facebook group East coast E9x they will help you out. |
Any idea if they allow just one monitor to fail? IL allows just one, so I was able to get back with a non ready cat in the past.
