Anyone replaced one of these flex disc, donut, guibo things or whatever it is their called?
The one on my wife's 2006 120d is starting to perish slightly, so will therefore need replacing in the not to distant future.

Is this job easily doable on the drive with basic tools?
Does the exhaust need to be removed?

Will probably end up getting my mate to do it, but if its easy enough may have a go myself.
