The only piece missing in the kit is the duct portion with the Gruppe M badge (which it did have!) before being misplaced in my garage.
I think it's priced fairly... Genuine Gruppe M or not, even a rep would cost way more than this. And the superficial scratches on the chrome part of the K&N Filter don't change the fact that the filter is in very good condition and has plenty of life to it.
Last little bit, if you look up photos of the replica version of the intake, you can see the weaving of the carbon fiber is completely different.

The replica has a 2x2 twill weaving to it, and the genuine is exactly like the 1x1 CF found on my intake. This leads me to think this is a genuine one from Gruppe M Japan.
