id phone mondial and have a chat with them and see what they say. I had a huge argument with a bmw dealer not willing to replace shocks as a pair and not willing to do a KDS after front wishbone replacement, both of which are "required" according to bmw TIS (rip). I successfully convinced mondial who then told bmw dealer to do the work and submit the claim. Appreciate your scenario is different but allianz support is really very good.
