The law has always been that you should try and get out of your house, or flee.

So these new laws, do not required any of the above, you can shoot someone and you do not have to justify it especially if they entered your home, now if you shoot them outside like an incident in Florida, as long as you can show your life was threaten you can shoot them to remove the threat.

I am so glad they have turned this around and put criminals on notice that they can be shot and killed for entering someone home.
