Koni Sport is a SPORT suspension, it's not really meant to go over potholes. It's 15-20% stiffer than stock even at the softest settings (answer received from Koni representative).
This being said, you may actually try to increase the damping force and the car may actually ride better. If the softest settings are meant for the stock springs and you are using it with ZSP springs, the suspension may be underdamped and behave like you would have worn shocks. Try moving the adjusters in the middle of the range, before selling the car
It may not work, however. In this case, you may want to replace the Koni Sport with Koni FSD.
