I have the same problem almost.(tagfarlight_mit_xxx)
Using the above settings i can choose what lights i want to be on as DRL.. tail light numberplate lights etc. but for SL1 / SL2 (angel eyes) nothing happens.
There still turned off in daylight.
Another strange thing is choosing the NSW (foglights) the low beam goes on all the time even i day light.
