Depends on the relationship with your dealer, they might be happy to do it for free, or they might charge you a small fee and I think it is better if you ask them directly.

As for warranty, it's a rather touchy subject. Having rims would not void your warranty on the vehicle, but if the rims were the cause of the part (eg. suspension) failure, then bmw could refuse warranty claims on the part.
