For anyone interested in an update, I found a guy who was breaking a car and gave me the module directly from it so I knew it was from a 2010+ E93.
Plugged in and didn't even need coding! All working now.
P.S be careful to only get an E93 module, E92 ones don't recognise the windows and will come up with a window error saying that something is trapped and cannot be coded out!
