that's what I've been saying all along. Either wait for it or ask for a refund. It's not like Eisenhaus is taking his money and running with it.

This guy just keeps on and on and on.

He doesn't want a refund, I'm sure Eisenhaus or its dealer that sold him the exhaust would gladly refund his money, but no, he wants to wait for it, but needs to complain about it while waiting.
