For the Tower Oaks,
Choose you poison on getting to I-270, then north. At the Montrose interchange, you should get off and follow signs to Tower Oaks Blvd - take it until it T's at Wooten Pkwy. Go right, and it should be up just a bit at Preserve Pkwy.
