So what do you guys suggest? stage 2 or 3? something the improves the shifts but not too aggressive?

-custom down pipe
-custom Inter-cooler
-m performance exhaust
I would probably go with stage 2 if you aren't spirit driven. I believe comfort mode is pretty much the same across all stages for daily, small tweaks are the main sell points in sport modes. Just my 2 cents.

I have stage 3 in my e92, no regret. I would've gotten stage 2 knowing if I don't drive much in sport mode.
