As for that transmission fluid, it does not meet the Shell M-1375.4 specification for ZF transmissions or the GM spec (which I can't recall).
I've been using Liquimoly Top Tec 1200 in the GM for tens of thousands of miles and it's VERY good. I'd never put $5 a quart oil in my transmission, you may not care.
I hope you also bought the filter for the transmission, if the fluid needs to be changed, the filter needed it a long time ago.
I can vouch for the LiquiMoly gear oil for the diffs. It's not as quiet as the ZF brand but the Blackstone reports look a hell of a lot better.
You get what you pay for.

Not sure about the diff oil, but if the Mobil 1 is no good then I'll just switch to vavoline 75w-90. Same price $12.99
I have the GM tranny, Dexron 6 is Dexron 6 regardless of the brand.
