Damn, so if your car comes from interstate, it would be hard to remedy then i guess.

For example
Just heard from a friend (after i went to the not so good dealer today) that his E90 (from the same dealership I dislike) had large chips on the side door of his car. I guess he should have had a good look when he received it but he was too excited and drove it home. Then found the chips at home. Brought it back and they said you could have done that on your way home.

My friend was sure it wasnt him, no clunk, relatively difficult area to chip by stone etc. So if that can happen with a local dealer, i was wondering what happens if its an interstate source?

Maybe i am being too paranoid
