Well I finally just got around to taking the car in last week for this issue. Apparently the dealer said all of the A/C pullies and the belt need to be replaced. All parts had to be ordered from Germany because there are NONE in the US. Expecting a call from the dealer within the next 5 to 7 days when the parts are to arrive, and it will be a days work.
That is one of the bummers with the 335d in the States. I had a software update that went badly a year ago. The help had to come from Germany which didn't make things go more easily or quickly for the U.S. dealer staff. That said, that's about the only thing I can think of that doesn't make me smile when I think about the 335d.
