I am also encouraged by mdyates 11.829 and best trap of 118.18 with a pure stock tune only, RFT, 335is. His only mod is the JB4/ISO & the BMS backend flash. What is important to me is just a short way down the road I will be able to flash the BMS tune from my laptop using the freeware project now in beta.
Its also a nice demo that a lot of the stuff being sold is not necessary to get under 12 seconds.
