Yep definitely wheel off and arch liner out. The arch liner is easy enough to get out, but can be a bit of an arse to get back in. Like me you'll probably struggle a bit with the first one and then when you've worked out the easiest way to get it back in, the second one will only take you minutes. And as has been said support the car properly with axle stands.
