I figure there could only be two issues at this point: bad fuel pump or bad fuel pump control module (relay). But until I can determine what the proper voltage to the harness is, I can't assume it's one or the other.
Might I add, I sprayed starting fluid directly into my throttle body and the car started up for a second.
