I just want to express my support as well. You should do whatever it is necessary to resolve this issue to your satisfaction, and I don't think anyone will blame you if that includes a vow of silence. But as others have suggested, you could always try to generate negative publicity to make them pay for their irresponsible business practice as a last resort.
